SongPilot Refund Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for SongPilot subscriptions and credit purchases.
New checkout is currently paused while SongPilot prepares Tranzila. No new subscription or credit-pack purchase can be made until checkout is enabled.
For a previous payment or an active subscription, check the provider and support instructions in your original receipt. You can also contact SongPilot through the Contact page and include the order date and receipt reference.
If you have an active monthly subscription, use the cancellation controls in Payment Management or follow the provider instructions in your original receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals under the terms shown for that subscription; access and credits may remain available through the period already paid for.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case under applicable law and the terms shown when the purchase was made. This policy does not claim that every purchase is refundable or that refunds are never available.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Where a refund is granted for a credit purchase, any unused credits from that purchase may be removed from your balance. Credits already used for generations reflect a service that has been delivered and are generally not refundable, except where applicable law or the purchase terms provide otherwise.
If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact SongPilot through the Contact page with your receipt reference so the duplicate charge can be investigated.
If a paid feature fails and your credits or subscription benefits were not delivered, contact support so it can be corrected — typically by restoring credits, or by a refund where the purchase could not be delivered at all.
Where mandatory consumer protection law gives you additional rights, including statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights in some jurisdictions, those rights apply in full and are not removed, reduced or overridden by this policy.
Contact SongPilot through the Contact page with the account email, purchase date, receipt reference and a description of the issue. If the original receipt directs you to a payment provider for refunds, follow its instructions too. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
